Ct Gov. Reill stops negotiations with Privatized Medicaid plans... Any More Info?

Last month or so Our Republican gov. finally woke up to the fact that privatization of social services DOES NOT WORK... But I have not herd more since. The state would stop negotiating with BC/BS and Health Net for their Husky Plans..... I have been yelling about this for the past 8+ years since doctors get paid less by these plans than they get thru actual Medicaid .... so why would doctors even join the plans.... they don't!!! The tax payer $$ goes to the ins. companies...
