I could have made it.

I'm really pissed that I got no email announcing Chris Murphy's healthcare town hall yesterday in Simsbury, since it's like 10 minutes from my house and it did get disrupted by the RW brownshirts. I usually get the emails, but this time it seems I did not?

2. I just got the Courtney e-mail an hour ago...and it was from Obama.

Crazy thing is, Courtney is a client of ours, and he's my Congressman. These things sure aren't very well publicized.

4. That's what pissed me off about Murphy

His town hall was 10 minutes from my house at the Simsbury Stop & Shop and I could have gone. I have gotten emails from him about previous town halls, but none for this one!

I get his town hall announcements by email usually a day before the event.

Almost as spontaneous as a rave party!

5. I was at Courtney's Town Hall Event in Woodstock tonight

There were about 30-40 Teabaggers. One of my town's (Killingly) DTC members told me after the meeting that about 100 union Construction workers came to the event too to support Joe. Between the unions and the neighboring DTC members, we easily outnumbered the Teabaggers. While they were rowdy at times, the Teabaggers could not take over the meeting. I think that they were not prepared for Joe's supporters making a logical case for healthcare reform.
