It's official, I'm now Chair of my town's DTC

I'm following in my father's foot steps. He died when I was 2 years old and I only know him through stories my mother, brothers, aunts and uncles told me, but apparently my dad was once chair of a local Democratic committee near Wausau, WI during the 1950's when Sen. MacArthur was crusading against Commies.

In 2010, I've got Tea Partiers in my town. It should be an interesting debate, but thanks to George Lakoff, Thom Hartmann, Rachel Maddow, Stephanie Miller and others I've been working on my "re-framing the debate skills" and hope to pass that along to other members of my DTC.

I'm a member of the New Milford, CT DTC and it takes a lot of time and effort to be an effective Chairman. Do you mind sharing what town you are in?
