New Haven to NY border traffic
What can be done about it to fix it for the long term?

Any ideas or suggestions?

2. how about a raised highway?
With limited access as an express route between New Haven & the NYC border. On & Off in New Haven, Bridgeport, Norwalk & Stamford.

It would cost billions, but would probably pay for itself in the long run with more business relocating there due to it being more desirable, fewer health problems due to lower pollution/less exhaust and a better quality of life for many in the area.
