Delawareans (& neighbors) - You are invited to my home for the Italian Festival Parade

The parade is June 13th and I would get to my house probably around 11am (parking will be a pain). The St Anthony's Italian Day festival parade goes right by my house - so we can sit on the porch and enjoy the festivities.

Ok I do realize that watching a Catholic parade of the saints might not be the most exciting thing but usually there are some political celebrities in the parade. I will expect to see Ted Kauffman and Tom Carper in the parade. I'm sure Chris Coons will be campaigning. I would expect Beau Biden to be in the parade but I have no guarentee that Joe Biden will do the parade again this year. Joe regularly did the parade as a senator and he was in it again last year. But we won't know until the day of the parade (for security reasons) and since he got away with it last year it might be tough for him to do it again this year.

However, if you'd like to attend let me know. My house is on the route, I have a porch with shade where you can relax and enjoy a beverage of your choice and I'll even fire up the grill and cook some burgers for everyone.
