Northern DE DUers: Help out a great cause with "Dining for Life"

This Thursday night, restaurants in New Castle County will be participating in the "Dining for Life" which a portion of the meal you eat at these restaurants will help support AIDSDelaware. This is an event that is held nationwide, but the money raised in Delaware will stay in our state.

There are 18 restaurants participating and I'm working on getting the list (I'm having a problem getting into the website). But I can say that some of the restaurants participating in Wilmington include Lamberti's (Phila Pike), Harry Savoys (The steak place not the seafood) and my favorite place where I'll be an ambassador: Mikimotos. I know there are restaurants in Newark, Bear & New Castle also participating. Along with proceeds from your dinner, you can also make an additional donation and even sign up to win a free trip to Mexico.

I'll try to get a complete list tomorrow and share it with everyone. The event is Thursday night from 6pm-11pm. Enjoy a great meal AND help out a great cause to boot!!
