I feel no guilt
I virtually ignored Delaware and focused on Pennsylvania. I registered voters in PA (and 2 in Delaware, and they both voted), knocked on 100s of doors, dropped off literature at targeted houses, called 100s of people, stood outside polling places in Repuke areas to help Dems feel encouraged (and to argue with asshole Repuke poll-workers), gave money, and put up signs, distributed 150 bumper stickers (and personally put on about 50 of them for the drivers who were still behind the wheel at intersections, etc., with their permission and enthusiastic approval), and held "Honk for Change" and Kerry-Edwards signs at busy intersections.

I worked with many other Delawareans in PA and met many other people from other states (including a guy who personally knows John Kerry and his wife; I'll post lots of interesting stories about what he said in the future--all good, of course).

I wonder what the ground operation in Ohio and Florida was like and why it didn't work out (although I'm not sure it didn't). I've never seen the energy and enthusiasm I saw in the Kerry volunteers in PA. I was personally so exhausted (and demoralized) that I was virtually worthless at work for a day or 2 after the election (although I made it through).

I feel no guilt about not doing enough but I don't know if it makes me feel any better.
