OMG, the world must truly suck.

I've lived in PCV for 42 years. It's okay, but if there are only 78 places better than this, then I think I'll just slit my wrists now.

3. It was one of those idiotic magazine "studies"

...which I gather was weighted toward "proximity to golf courses" among other dumb stuff.

But.... c'mon... there aren't 79 places IN Delaware.

Funny story... I work with a lot of internet domain speculators, and I was at a conference a while back and chatting with some European folks who were extolling the market values of the German country-code top-level domain, .de (which is #2 behind .com in total registrations). I was kidding around with them and said, "Germany? I always thought that .de was for Delaware domain names." These guys didn't know that DE also stood for Delaware.

About 15 minutes later, one of them tracks me down in a hallway with a pen and a piece of paper and says, "What are the best postal codes in Delaware?"

So, sure enough....
