HELP!!! I'm Trying To Get Information About WHO Can Vote In Florida...

Not sure exactly what the decision is about convicted felons being able to vote now. Not any who are actually in prison, but those who had past felonies. Trying to get people to vote and was asked this question and felt really DUMB because even though I've heard many things, I don't know what the end result about this is.

Can anyone direct me to any laws that may or may not have changed??
