Saxby Chambliss.....
i think that Saxby should get a taste of his own medicine when he's up for re-election.

I think we should remind Georgians exactly what he did to Max Cleland.

I'm thinking an Ad - showing Max - and then flashing to various amputee vets, and say if Saxby had no problem treating Max - A war veteran and Hero the way he did - what will he do to our other brave men and Women.

He deserves the smear campaign to end all smear campaigns.

1. Anything that gets rid of Sackless is a good thing
and I don't care how low down and dirty it is.

He's really one of the WORST.

2. What did he do to the veterans?
Connect the dirtbag (truthfully or no) to the VA's Billion $ this year shortfall! Then continue by bludgeoning him with next years $2.7B deficit.

7. I agree...
I am not in favor of a smear campaign. I do think his record should be for everyone to see. Saxby voted against the troups. He voted for a reduction in combat pay. Saxby voted against the troups. He voted to cut funding for the VA. Saxby vote against the troups. He voted against medical benifits for returning soldiers. I hope the Democratic Party of GA is listening. The quicker Saxby is gone, the better for GA. Oh yea, I didn't even mention the base closings which will hurt GA.

Kevin.

3. Bush deserved the smear campaign to end all smear campaigns, but......
Chambliss will have to do. I'm a nice guy, compassionate and so on, however, Saxby Chambliss and all those priveleged chickenhawks really jerk my chain. I say get dirty and low and bury the guy. Damage him bad. Start a whisper campaign that he's gay etc. It sounds bad, but guys like that need to be taught a lesson.

Wow, I need to let the anger go.

4. Good idea...let's give SUXby a taste of his own
medicine. I hope that Max runs again. If he does, I think we can beat SUXby.

6. Great idea. I detest Chambliss. What a sorry excuse for a human being.
He is a heartless bastard. :grr:

An ad campaign that brutally shames and demeans him would be absolutely perfect.

:grr:

8. The Democrats should act as if this is Chambliss' only seat defense
Because knowing how easy Congressional incumbents have it after their
first defense and that Chambliss has grown on Georgia the same way beer grows on a novice drinker, he'll probably become unstoppable if he isn't beaten this time.

Smears are good and all, but that's not the whole answer. Like it or not, this is Chambliss' domain. He *will* outmaneuver almost any Democrat in the strategy. Chambliss' opponent will need to defend against smears if he hopes to survive.

Although Chambliss may not actually be the Georgia '08 Republcan candidate for the Senate. No, I suspect he may actually end up running for president that year.

9. We need to start now to defeat him
an Ad would be great.Letters to the editor stating his non support of the troops, base closings in georgia, economic casualties to the state.

10. His voting record AGAINST the troops is a good strategy.
So is any smear campaign you can make believable! I'm typically not a nasty person either, and have never smeared anyone personally, but "nice guys finish last" is sure proving to be true!

Any of you know people who run in Saxby's circle? I guarantee, noone gets to be a Seantor without skeletons in thier past! We need to find them!!! The sooner the better!
