Rep Norwood is managning the rethug side of the OSHA bill. Anyone else watching CSPAN?

There is a wire visible from under his chin down his necktie. I've never seen anything like this.

Could he be receiving instructions from his handlers?

I missed Norwood, sorry. Tiahrt (R-Kansas) is up now, but I can't tell what the bill is about, except he is claiming it is a "pro-worker piece of legislation." I kinda sorta have to be skeptical...

hooked up to some sort of monitor or medicine pump. He's in the district next to mine. I can't believe he's still in office. He couldn't even be around other people for a long time. SOmehow, he worked from a remote, sterile location while recovering.
