The North Fulton Democrats Presents... Max Cleland!

We are thrilled and honored to invite you to a Social Reception for United States Senator Max Cleland on Tuesday, August 30th at 7:00 p.m. at StarTime Entertainment’s Comedy Club in Roswell.

Max Cleland served in the Vietnam War, where he was awarded the Silver Star and the Bronze Star for valorous action in combat. Cleland served for several years in the Georgia state legislature, and became an advocate for veterans' affairs. He was the administrator of the United States Veterans Administration under President Jimmy Carter, from 1977 to 1981. He then served 14 years as Secretary of State of Georgia from 1982 to 1996. Cleland was elected to the United States Senate in 1996. And, back in 1992, Senator Cleland helped launch the North Fulton Democrats! We are honored to have him back in North Fulton.

Bring your kids, bring your friends, bring your camera. Bring things for Max to autograph, like t-shirts and his books “Strong at the Broken Places”, and “Going for the Max: 12 Principles for Living Life to the Fullest”. Join us in celebrating a true American hero and a great Georgian.
