Just finished cleaning out my closets. Anyone been able to call the
shelter on MLK drive. I can't get through.

Anyone in ATL taking a family in. I have womens and teens clothes. and 3 suitcases people can use. I also have tons of toiletries and I'm going to buy some feminine hygiene products.

I wanna take them where I KNOW THEY ARE GOING TO THE DISPLACED folks of the storm especially NO people.

So if you have a family staying in your home from NO and they need womens clothes. Dog food. and feminine hygiene products please PM me and lets hook up today.

3. I'm in Athens and I've got ladies business clothes, shoes and sweaters
and I want to know where I can take them directly to women. I've got sizes 6-10.
I have jeans and casual clothes too. PM me if you know of a shelter or needy family that needs ladies clothing.

4. another option -
if you can't find a way to get them to people displaced by Katrina - is to donate them to battered women's shelters. they are always accepting such donations, so if you can't find a way to donate them to hurricane victims, you may want to consider it as another option. the statewide resource for survivors of domestic violence can be found at: http://www.4woman.gov/violence/StateResourcesDetail.cfm?ID=3736

just a thought . . .
