Someone PLEASE tell me that Vernon did not vote for Chimp ... TWICE!!

Is that true? (I missed the first part of the debate)

and refused to say he would support Jim Martin, should JM win.

I've been making calls for Martin from home...I don't understand why some Dem Leaders haven't been down here to talk up Martin and make a bigger deal out of this senate seat/race. We have a real shot at taking Chambliss out and Vernon Jones, like you said, is totally unacceptable.

I know that the fix is in for GA Goopers and that they'll continue to win the Senate seats as long as local media continues to support them, and so any Dem running against Chambliss or I-suckson is likely to be pummeled. Doesn't mean you get to send the shittiest Dem to run against these guys.

Vernon might be the shittiest candidate I could've manufactured. what a fucking disaster. Please, people, show up and vote for Martin tomorrow. Please.

6. I almost didn't vote..

I was disappointed that Dale Cardwell didn't make it into the runoff and when a fruitcake like Casey :crazy: Cagle beats Jim Martin in an open race for Lt. Governor!

but it always lifts my spirits when a Democrat like Jim Martin hasn't lost hope even after he lost two years ago, so he'll be getting my vote in today's runoff.

I voted last Monday - the first day you could and proudly voted for Jim Martin. I was and still am FOJL, but Jim is our last best hope against Sackofshit Shameless.

for Mr. Martin and hopefully we'll have enough to send him up against Shameless this fall.

Further to the comments about Vernon being an idiot, again last week Vernon used his picture right next to a picture of Sen. Obama's in a campaign mailing. When I received the flyer in the mail it ticked me off enough to leave a message at Vernon's campaign offices. This was the second time Vernon had used Obama's image without approval.
