Georgia PBS blackout on 2 great documentaries?

On Bill Moyers' Journal today (which we get to see at 3 p.m. on Sunday on Georgia Public Broadcasting -- must be their least-watched time slot), Moyers mentioned two independently produced documentaries that will be airing on public TV stations around the country in the next week or so:

• Soldiers of Conscience


• Torturing Democracy

Has anybody been able to find these in the schedules of either WGPB or WPBA? Please post the info if you find it - I haven't had any luck. I've written both stations to ask them if they plan to air either show. I'll update this thread when/if I get a response.

It's looking like yet another example of what a pathetic backwater this state is culturally and politically.

I'll watch these shows online if I have to, but it's maddening that our public TV stations are keeping their viewers from seeing them.
