non-profit's are saying they are TAPPED out in Cobb County

Is anyone else getting that sort of message when they try to get financial help? And the county offices have a turnaround of 3 weeks just for phone appointments.

1. I have agreements with two non-profits that pay me to do legal work for their clients.

They're both tapped out (and one has been for over a year). They're both dealing with increasing demand for services and vastly reduced donations and grants to pay for services.

2. it's getting ugly out there

Utility companies are turning off services if an up-to-date bill is a week late. I'm going to make a trip down to Phil Gingrey's office and ask HIM what to do if this keeps happening.
