GA DUers help me out with this question. I'm seeing alot of mike keowin signs out lately and none for Boshop. There seems to be a big teabagger presence here and they're all pissed because he voted for the healthcare bill.

1. I don't really think that will happen but....
it's really going to come down to turnout with dems and the AA community.

Bishop has been really good for his district.

Where are you?

2. In the district he's my congressman. I haven't seen any of his signs out
but the tea party repub has alot of them. The conservatives seem energized and angry over his health care vote.

3. teabaggers love tearing our signs down!!
I remember putting up signs for Ken Poston who ran for Congress, Mark Taylor who ran for Governor, and signs for Michael Thurmond. I asked a lawyer where I should put them..he said they should be put along the "right of way" on the state roads.

I did this, but day after day all my signs were torn down, ripped apart and the signs I replaced them with disappeared as well!!

I always got permission before I placed a sign on private property, but those usually vanished as well. I put Mark Taylor signs along the road side in my yard, even those disappear. Then I went to the DA's office to ask what I could do. Jason Deal, a Republican, replied don't put them near the road!!!

Who's going to see them if we can't put them near the road? Republicans do that..without having those signs torn down! I was told never to put signs near the polling place, but when I voted on May 11th..there were signs for Tom Graves, Lee Hawkins, and for Chris Cates..all Republicans.

politics is tough, but should tearing down signs be a one-party activity??? :banghead:

Hang in there..Democrats must have tough skin to live in this state! :fistbump:
