Sadly, DC is going in the same direction, and other states (including Maryland where I am) may follow at a rapid pace.

2. WOW, that's a great cartoon. Sadly it's right on the MONEY

While our local schools are so broke that my kids can't even bring textbooks home and have 38 students in some classes our idiot governor is worried about giving more tax breaks to big businesses and developers.
