Has anyone noticed changes being made ahead of the new immigration law in their jobs?

Now - I must add that my DH does -not- know if any of the Latino workers in his job are legal or not. It doesn't matter to him one way or the other, anyway. But the bosses are acting as if they expect some employees to *disappear* after July 1st. They are suddenly changing official holidays to *working holidays* (we figure primarily to cover the upcoming 4th of July and other holidays this summer).

He's never seen anything like this, and considering the work has slowed a bit, was quite surprized at the sudden change of holiday status.
