Hawaii Delegation at Dem Convention...

Was watching coverage of the convention last night. CNN has this comedian on, Mo Rocca? looking at where the delegations are seated.

Ohio & Iowas got the best seats. Hawaii & territories are up in the nose-bleed seats. He was pretty funny: said the Hawaii delegation is so far away from the stage, it is out in the Pacific!!! LOL!

Guess we are such a safe state, we do not need wooing.

Is anyone else watching the convention?

too and our delegates are a little miffed. Well, we have very few electoral votes and we will most likely go for Bush* anyway. Still, I wish I was there or rather I wish I was with you in Hawaii!!!

3. I am not there,

sorry if it sounded like I was. I am at home in Kansas, a very good reason to wish I was in Hawaii. If I had my druthers I would be living on the Big Island above Kailua Kona.

Mahalo for the reply and I would love a chance to get back to Hawaii again. We are thinking about it after our youngest moves out in August. It will be easier to afford with only two of us.
