Washington, DC roll call!
Which DUers live in DC?

I'll start:

I've lived in the Adams Morgan/U Street/Dupont Neighborhood since 1997. Love it here.

I'm in the Petworth area, right by the 62 line. Have to come back every few months to look after the folks here. I'd love to spend an evening with DUers when I have spare time!

With the cows and the yokels . . . according to my better half, the reason I would be moving to DC. Oh, and you can count him on this list as well. He's a long-time DUer.

35. the Woodner
I did an internship in DC when I was in college (1985). Our whole internship group (the Washington Center) lived at the Woodner.

Those were some fun times!

17. Welcome, KevinJ!
Good to see another DC person here. This forum is kinda quiet, but I think we've got a devoted group of folks who each check in regularly. I don't post in here every day, but I do check this forum about once an hour.

One of these days we're going to get together for beers. Maybe next week.

27. I'm here!
Currently in Stadium/Armory (technically still part of Cap Hill, but I don't call it that), moving to Glover Park in two weeks.

Oh, and I'm REALLY new to DU (but not to the oppressed, outnumbered left... I survived being a Democrat in Lancaster County, PA).

Showed up here one month before Raygun's election. Talk about timing... Lived in Adams Morgan for most of the time. Love DC, never part of the federal political group, and that's probably why I've loved and stayed here so long.
