Will the DC Metro be closed on J20?

Someone mentioned this in the panic room when Du went down last night, said they'd heard it on the news. I went to the Metro website (http://www.wmata.com /) and clicked on the link to "Riding Metro to Presidential Inauguration brochure released" and the link comes up with this:

Status : 504 Gateway Time-Out

Description : Unable to connect to origin web server. The web site you are attempting to access is currently unreachable. This may be due to a network outage, or the web site might be experiencing technical difficulties.



Same thing happens when you click the link to "Metro outlines service planned for inauguration week."

How Orwellian--an information alert that tells us nothing. :eyes: :grr:
