Fenty Leaning Toward Mayoral Run
As he leans toward his own run for mayor, D.C. City Councilman Adrian Fenty says it's "inconceivable" that Mayor Anthony Williams hasn't announced yet whether he will seek re-election next year.

Fenty will announce his plans at a news conference on Wednesday. Speaking on WTOP radio Friday, Fenty said it's "no secret" that he's leaning toward running. He says he's awaiting the results of a formal poll this weekend to help him decide.

Fenty says he's "shocked" that Williams has not made his intentions known yet. '
