Kane County and Peoria election machine news

Today a brave young beautiful woman, ok it was my wife, stood up in front of the Kane county board and asked why the Hart Inter-civics voting machines that were first used just a few months ago had to be re-manufactured. The old chips were removed and a new on installed. The machines were then re-programed. Why was this done? who knows? It was done without the knowable of most of the Kane county board and GOP county clerk claimed no knowledge of the changes done. It was done with Kane county clerk employees and temporary help(one a friend of mine). It should hit the papers in the morning.

What kind of incompetent moron is Cunningham the current kane clerk? He has hired a 2 time felon who was guilty of embezzling funds for the elderly to run elections! Now the newly acquired voting machines have to be changed after only 1 election. Was there deficiency in the last election? If not why were the machines changed?

I'm dealing with a similar issue in Sangamon County. We're using Populex, the company Peoria rejected because they illegally got insider information from someone on the board. I want the county to do a hand count audit of the electronic ballots to ensure they're being counted correctly. I've found that you can't raise the issue of election machines without being called a conspiracy theorist.
