this clown had poll watchers up the wazoo, we listened to the challenges, and made decisions based on the evidence before us. he had his chance. he is full of shit if he thinks that every one of his challenges were legit. his game plan all along was to challenge and intimidate voters. i hope he is the one to end up in the shit.

in my home precinct. no one was challenged there. i am hoping these lists will come out in court, so they can be checked.
he got $60,000 from david herro, one of the funders of the swift boaters.
this guy gives to everyone, but the big chunks are to thugs.
he had a lot of backing from the restaurant industry, because of the foi gras ban. (which, in chicago, also means the mob.)
and he repeatedly said he was bringing the chamber of commerce to the ward.
he likes to talk about how much it meant to him to work on bobby kennedy's presidential campaign. no mention of any other campaigns he worked on the intervening 39 years.

Is he only challenging the precincts which are highly minority (or highly NON-minority) or just the ones where he lost?

Or is there a correlation?

asking that they be thrown out, leaving him, of course, the winner. one of the local bloggers had a side by side graphic of the predominantly white nieghborhoods on one map, and the precints that this clown wanted counted on the other, and damned if they were not pretty close to the same. i was going to post a link to the graphic, but his blog seems a little hosed up.
