yearly kos- no plan in sight.

i am sort of officially announcing here that i can't seem to get any interest in putting together a meetup for the folks coming in for kos. so, i hereby give up.

i have had a couple of threads in here, and have posted several threads/polls in the lounge, where they have sunk like stones in spite of begging for kicks, and kicking myself. it looks to me like however many people would want to do something, they are just not getting the message.

A DUer is going to be in town this weekend and we were trying to pull something together, and no one has responded.

If not at dkos, than lets get something else cooking. My sister works on Fridays but is a huge Gore supporter and would love to come. She's on DU too. There are a few of us out here on the edges of the metro area that may be able to come in too.

There may come a time - hopefully not - but there may come a time when we may need or want to know how to work with each other outside of this board. Sorry if that sounds paranoid but I would bet everyone on here has had that thought once or twice in the past few years.
