i was raised a cub fan, but the deprogramming was successful, and am now a part of a white sox season ticket cabal. i agree about the dh. a septic, oozing sore on the beautiful balance of baseball. but that northside park is full of self absorbed drunken frat boys who remind me a little too much of that other drunken frat boy. the whole neighborhood now reeks of piss.
and besides, i think the south siders are regular commie pinkos. they play the kind of baseball where everyone does their job and there are no prima donnas. and jerry reinsdorf is a mench if there ever was one.

Who on the Cubs is a prima donna? You could say Carlos Zambrano but when he's bad he admits it and he doesn't go around demanding better conditions for the team or anything.

If we have druken fat boys on the North Side, you have shirtless rednecks on the South Side. If the north side neighborhood smells like piss, the south side neighborhood reeks of decay and has no activity. Please, neither team has a perfect atmosphere or a perfect fan base. Both teams are blessed to be filled with team players and have an entertaining manager. There's no reason to go around and knock the other team will turning a blind eye to your own team's defects.
