Anyone else get their Cook County Notice of Proposed Valuation? |

Mine went up. LOL.
The assessed valuation went up $1000. I'm trying to figure out what that translates to in tax bill.
I guess I'm not complaining. I just find it strange they are saying my value increased.
I'm in Lake View/Wrigleyville.

lots of derelict condo projects up here in rogers park. i figure they are just gonna crank up the rates, anyway.

On line the 2008 tax evaluation hasn't changed from 2007. Maybe that's why?
