I didn't.

I'm helping a friend with a kitchen remodel. He's on a third floor condo so we had the insulation guy come out and give us a price while the ceiling is out and the attic/crawl space is accessible. The plan is to blow in cellulose.

I was floored to hear about the rebate. It's not very well advertised.

Not sure what the perimeters are for qualification but the guy tells us he can apply the rebate at sale and collect it later from PG.

Thought I would throw it out there.
