Does LaHood have anything shady from his past? Has he been instrumental in getting any legislation passed that is not seen as being disastrous?

Check out those eyebrows.
He chaired the Clinton impeachment hearings but I don't think there's anything scandalous about that. I believe he was chosen because he was seen as being fair and impartial.
