By the way, I got some great rules from Plaid Adder for the Irish Group. I posted them in ATA.

what's the ATA?
.... also, you just have to cut down a picture small and square and use your profile preference options to insert it. choose a file. usually it'll tell you it's too big by pixels or memory. you just keep messing with it till it's small enough. it favors a square shape. my pic was origianlly quite recangular and it was coming out tiny!.

8. That story is actually true

Here's what happened. Jan Schakowsky of Chicago's North Side is the representative to the House for the 9th district of Illinois. She was in the White House with some other reps and they were all in the room mingling. Jan had an Obama button on. Bush kept on looking at her button with a weird look on his face. After awhile, the two of them finally got in the same circle and the President just kept on giving Jan a weird and disapproving look. Finally Jan said, "It's Obama, not Osama." Bush said "Oh, I've never heard of him." Jan said "Don't worry you will." This took place last March. I'm sure the President knows Obama oh too well now. I know the story is true because I volunteered in Schakowsky's office during the election season and her staffers told me the story. I had heard it from other people before too.

Isn't all the '08 talk on some of the other forums getting a little much? (Yes, I know it started looooong before he was even elected). It's way too soon for me to have strong feelings about who should run in '08, but I do have some ideas about who shouldn't, and who's high on my list? A 40something first-term Senator, that's who! (Happily, he seems to agree.)

Am I the only one getting twitchy about this? Or do we need a GET YOUR GRABBY PAWS OFF MY SENATOR thread?
