Chicago Sun-Times: Tequila may have fueled 911 prank

"On Feb. 1, Juan Fragoso allegedly drank a bottle of tequila then got his kicks by sending 10 Chicago Police officers and a supervisor on a wild goose chase.

In a mid-morning span of about 40 minutes, Fragoso allegedly placed a dozen calls to Chicago's 911 emergency system to report a robbery in progress in the 3900 block of West Division that was a figment of his imagination.

He changed a few of the details with each successive call, including the race of the robbers, the floor and door where they were supposedly breaking in, and whether he or one of his neighbors was the victim.

"He just admitted that he drank a bottle of tequila by himself," said an exasperated call-taker when the incident that took up eight employee hours finally ended."

Just had a margarita for the first time tonight, and let me tell you that stuff can hit you pretty hard. Especially when we are talking about one of those huge monster things.
