4. I received an invite to a new Illinois Dem Forum.

My concern is how to determine that they are genuine. There have been a few sites put up that I know are designed to bilk well meaning Dem supporters. There was a poster here at DU who seems to have used this forum to sell fundraising products and another that I exposed to the DNC and this forum because of personal knowledge, a site that is still active on the net. The invite I received for the new forum was from my addy on a Dem County website. Don't send money unless you are sure or don't care.
