No lights on the Hancock tower...

My wife and I are lucky to have a skyline view of the city from our condo. We've noticed that the lights on top of the Hancock Tower have not be on the last month or so. Does anyone have any thoughts as to why this would be? Are they trying to cut the electric bill?

get confused by the lights, and fly into the building in pretty large numbers. so they have agreed turn the lights out during the main migratory periods.
