Anyone have any contacts in Marion Co. Child Support ?

Thanks to our beloved Bush Administration version of the IRS ("Eat The Poor"), I am being audited for 2003 and 2004, and must prove a negative (thank you Donald Rumsfeld) or pay back my 2003 refund of $950.

Yes, that's right, I have to prove that there is NOT a child support case/order against me, and anyone who's ever dealt with any of the City/County offices (no offense to anyone who may work there - I just know how ugly beaurocracy is around here) knows that it's going to be no small feat
to
a/find a living person to talk to and
b/ get my hands on any kind of letter which will satisfy the IRS.

5. OMFG.

So I called a child support office earlier today to ask them if they could provide me a letter stating that there is not and never has been a case against me in Marion County, and the woman said
(Honest to GOD!) "Since we don't have a case against you, we can't send you anything because you don't really exist."

Can someone please tell the IRS, Sallie Mae, Mastercard and my car loan company that I don't exist?? :wtf: PLEASE ?!?!

6. LoL! An IRS representative recently told me that

because she did not have a signed document indicating that I was who I said I was, she could look up my Tax ID number but that she could not confirm or deny if she was able to find it.

Believe it or not! I got my letter!!
Ok, so I called Brizzi's office DIRECTLY, and completely bypassed the asshats working the front lines, but nonetheless, I got my letter.

Now let's hope the IRS just. fucking. goes. away. :freak:

... because Marion Co said there was paperwork sent from Minnesota to open a case in 2005, but that MN never responded back to Marion Co's requests for additional info.

So they closed the case (yes, they did SOMETHING right!) ... and well, I guess if I ever go to MN I can run nekkid, cause nobody will be able to see me. :)
