Who are you voting for and why?

I am voting for Ellsworth because we have been dogged long enough by Hosettler and his consistent self approved pay raises.

That is the new line the Repukes are using. I don't get it, and I've never heard any of them fully explain it, but they are convinced that he is mandated by law to raise his pay.

I'm voting for Ellsworth, not because of any of his positions, but because I can't stand Hostettler or his followers. They are the worst of Religious Right scum.

Doesn't say it is mandated.. doesn't say it is automatic.. doesn't say they must raise their pay.. doesn't even say just compensation. Just a compensation.


Isn't it also interesting that the Legislative Branch is listed before the Executive Branch in the Constitution?

2. My Mom wishes she could vote for Ellsworth

Unfortunately, she lives on the IL side and sees those commercials on the Evansville stations. I've seen some of them, too.
I think the Repuke commercials are almost funny, because I think they actually make Hostettler look bad. I hear Ellsworth is
solid lead. Is this still true?

It really depends on turn out though. If Evansville turns out for Ellsworth, Hostettler doesn't stand a chance.

Hostettler runs a dirty ass campaign though, and is not above outright lies to win.

Seeing as how he's mentioned in at least two commercials that he's a big supporter of gun rights...proving once more the NRA is nothing more, at a national level, than a fundraising arm of the Republican party.

And, yeah, I'm voting for Ellsworth because Hostettler is a worthless piece of shit.

10. I figured it out!!!

I located my local (Terre Haute) Democratic Headquarters; If you have to call the number thats on Ellsworths website and they should beable to tell you where your local DNC HQ is. They had the Yard Signs, I picked one up and I also VOLUNTEERED to work for them this coming Friday.

There's a debate on right now between Hostettler (sp) and Ellsworth.

I'm not familiar with either of them (never been to your state..) but I just happened to have C-Span on and started watching it.

... this debate that Ellsworth is a lefty. Hostettler is trying to paint himself as a moderate by invoking all the Dems he agrees with but he is anything but moderate. He's as much of a depraved Repuke as there can be.

Hostettler's obsession with Pelosi is creepy though.
