Indianapolis Star..paper is such a repug rag.
I think the star endorese all Republican for everything form President on down except for two races. The only reason why they endorsed the Dem was that they had no viable candidate against them or otherwise they would have endorsed them. It was pathetic the star received many emails on that one.

The kicker was they all but said Bush was a total idiot but endorsed hi anyway!

If there is a GOD...please! I beg you end this madness! Please!

2. Yes it is or was.
Funny as dumb as Quayle was he was still smarter than Bush.

In fact Quayle's wife lashed out when Bush was GOP pick for president. She said if you think my husband is dumb he has nothing on Bush.

3. Marilyn Quayle's family, to be exact
That's who owns it. Yeah, it's a rag, though I still read it to keep up on statewide stuff. The editorial pages are complete fucking waste of time.

4. Not anymore
It was owned by staunch repug family but now owned by Gannet (USA Today)

The saddest thing about the Indy Star is that it is often filled with letters to the editor from fundies claiming that the paper is LIBERAL!

Idiots.

It always has been conservative. It always will be conservative.

6. the Pulliams
That was the Pulliam family--mostly staunch repubs, but Myrta Pulliam, the owner's daughter was always a groovy liberal chick. (I worked in the graphics department for a few years)

5. Wow, even Lafayette's Journal and Courier endorsed Kerry.
Not very enthusiastically, but still.
