Celebrate community radio (and christmas) in West Branch Saturday

West Branch will be having a holiday open house for Christmas this weekend Nov.30 - Dec.2. As part of the open house my friend will be holding an open house to celebrate his group's application for a community radio station. His building is at 105 Downey Street. WB is small enough that it is easily found.
His open house will be on Saturday night beginning at 6PM. If you can please stop by. We may soon have a real, live, full power left wing community radio station in the area that won't be mucked up by big companies or NPR.
This is a big deal. I will no doubt be making appeals to help the station out during the next several months. There are still hurdles to be jumped before a license is granted, but things look good!
You will also enjoy an old fashioned feeling in West Branch.
