CNN just had a computer demo to show the process. Unless something has changed they did not get the realignment rule right. They showed 100 voters at the caucus and randomly placed them into voting groups. They then eliminated all the candidates with less then 15%. Then took those votes and redistributed them with the viable candidates.
Changed it to mean they got it wrong.
