14 inches of snow on my weary village
and I got a fever that makes me feel drained of energy and even makes me lose my APPETITE (an unheard-of phenomenon). Nonetheless spouse and I got out and shoveled our driveway and front sidewalk clear. Then I came in and collapsed for about a day.

"Uff Da!" as we said when I grew up in Winnebago County and Spring Grove MN.

1. Wehad @15 inches and I have a sore hand
that made shoveling an absolute misery.
Seemed like everytime I got the driveway dug out, the city came by and filled it up for me.

2. How does Cedar Falls miss all this?
A few inches - icy roads - that's it.

Sorry, guys, if I lived closer I'd help you plow out!

6. Well, you got us beat.
What if this had happened on caucus day. The Ron Paul people might have won!
