Women candidates

For those who haven't already been reading/viewing, I'm putting together stories on each of the women who are hoping to serve in the Iowa House or Senate. These are running M-W-F on both Iowa Independent and Essential Estrogen.

So far I've done:

Cayla Baresel, HD 17 -

I've got one on Pat VanZante, HD 71, that will go up today and a woman in western Iowa that will post on Friday.

Iowa is very fortunate to have so many wonderful, talented and articulate women pursuing office. At the present time, I'm featuring challengers (those going up against existing incumbents). Next I'll feature those in primary contests, and lastly those not facing incumbents but who will be on general election ballot.
