14. Can't afford to retire just yet

But when it happens, I have every intention of retiring to Cebu City. Never been there but am seeing a Filipina and we have discussed it. Also, one of my best friends spends three months a year there now. I suspect he'll be there full time once his wife is done working.
Cecelia is from some province in the northern part of the country. One which starts with a "P" and I can't pronounce. But we still intend to go to Cebu City where she does have family. Ah...the Paris of the Philippines.
