Saw it on Politico - says it's being sent in eastern Iowa.

6. Obama didn't come to Iowa on purpose during the flood.
He specifically said he didn't want to divert state resources and police to accomidate a visit by him. He said that he didn't want to take from a state that was already suffering and certainly didn't want to divert police from helping with rescue and recovery in the areas.

McCain obviously thought it was fine to use those already taxed resources and our stretched thin law enforcement... what a guy.
