Iowa law school officials challenge lawsuit
"University of Iowa officials mentioned in a lawsuit alleging political bias at the College of Law are challenging allegations levied against them.

Carolyn Jones, dean of the law school and the sole defendant in the case, said Teresa Wagner was rejected for a teaching position not because of her conservative politics but because she was less qualified than other applicants.

Carlson said Wagner was not rejected because of her political beliefs, rather because of her academic record and a “poor job interview indicated that she would not perform well in the position she was seeking."

More whining by a put-upon conservative. The poor things just can't catch a break these days.

1. Will she be shopping for a judge that legislates from the bench?
So sad to see a conservative have to use the courts because that goes against all they espouse! Yet again for conservatives what they say is not what they do.
I wonder if David Horowitz and his twisted mind are behind this?
