1. Quite frankly, that's depressing

2. It's early

Grassley has never been challenged by a well-funded candidate. Nor has he ever had to debate one on one with a well-organized and polished, poised candidate. I think it is becoming increasing clearly that Grassley is showing early signs of dementia and will have several missteps if he is challenged strongly as I think it is becoming very clear that he will be. If it is Conlin, by next November Grassley will be lucky if he has it left in him to mow his freaking yard after she demolishes him relentlessly.

As for Branstad, been there and done that. Branstad may be the best thing that could happen for Culver to wake up his floundering ways. No way Tax Hike Terry is going to inspire the tea baggers and the anti-gay elements of the wacko RPI.

3. I would respectfully say that if Grassley can only get 52% HE'S IN DEEP SHIT

Seriously - at this time in the election Chuckie's usually looking at 70 or 75%.
All the other candidates are essentially unknown, yet Chuckie can only get 52%.
He should bet shitting his depends.
