Paul Hemmer retiring

Local radio DJ Paul Hemmer is going to retire - his last broadcast will be Friday. He's been on the air around Dubuque for the past 50 years. I remember listening to him growing up on the way to school. I don't always agree with his political views, but it'll be different without him around.
