for Gov. I was reading in the local paper yesterday recently that he actually wants to get rid of legalized gambling in Iowa, including lotteries. That will never ever happen and if he gets the nomination, one can bet (no pun intended) that the casinos will line up against him and see to it that he is defeated in a rout.

1. I saw his Friday appearance on Iowa Press |

Jesus he is an arrogant fuck. I hope he gets nominated also. He is told 4 times by the press that issuing an executive order rescinding gay marriage is unconstitutional and his answer over and over is "I don't care." Plus like you, I am curious how he is going to dismantle the gambling in this state. Bet all those high rollers at Riverside are crapping their pants about now.

2. He'll probably get plenty of support in NW IA |

I doubt he'll get much across the state. But it would be a fun race if he did! :)
And an easy win for Culver.
Realistically, I see Branstad v Culver. That is going to be a much tougher race for Culver.
