Below is an email I got from the Iowa CCI. Iowa CCI also won award for citizen activism from The Nation magazine a couple months ago. It's a worthy organization.

Iowa CCI will be featured on Bill Moyers Journal tonight!

Tonight at 9 pm on Iowa Public Television, Bill Moyers, for his final show (he is retiring), will highlight Iowa CCI on his national television program Bill Moyers Journal. The CCI feature will focus on the power of organized people standing up to organized money (corporate power) and will include interviews with CCI members.

Tune in at 9 pm Central Standard Time on Iowa Public Television!

Bill Moyers Journal is a weekly public affairs series that features interviews and news analysis on a wide range of subjects, including politics, arts and culture, the media, the economy and issues facing democracy.

CCI is recognized locally and nationally because we are a tough organizing group with a 35-year track record of putting pressure where it needs to be put, tackling tough issues and getting things done.
