2. My Question

To either candidate. Would you be for the creation of a State owned bank, created under the principle charter of the Bank of North Dakota? Where state revenues and assets are placed into the bank, then fractionally create funds to supply money to the state, free of interest payments, thus cutting the cost of projects in half over time. Where low interest loans help small business and agriculture. Where money is kept in circulating in the state, rather than being bleed out to Wall St.
