I was just north of Bettendorf when I noticed this;



Is it just me, or is putting a candidate's sign and a for sale sign in close proximity to each other a really dumb move?

2. There are some Republicans signs up on what I am pretty sure is city property

in Coralville. DoveTail Recreation area, by some flowerbeds I am pretty sure that the city maintains. Calling today.

Republican signs end up in all the wrong places and no one ever puts them there.

The one that drives me nuts is that they will just put signs in yards where we have located signs unless the home owner either tells them no or takes them out.

4. What really boiled my water back in 2000 was...

...when some low lifes went and leafletted cars for the GOP while I was in church. About the quickest way to get me not to want to buy your product or support your cause is to put a piece of paper on my vehicle. It pissed me off to have that garbage placed on my car.

5. I saw one up on a light pole in Dubuque back in 2008

For Grampy/Princess Dumbass of the North Woods. I contacted the public works people and that sign came down.
